Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Job Summary

To support the scaling and operation of a next-generation AI infrastructure platform, the full-time Infrastructure Operations Engineer will design, build, and roll out new systems while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency, working either hybrid from US-based hubs or fully remote within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new platforms to minimize incidents and support customer-facing features
• Deploy updates and improvements for both internal and end customer use cases
• Participate in on-call rotations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance infrastructure reliability

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with Linux as a server/hosting platform, with a preference for Ubuntu
• 5+ years of experience with AWS
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes and strong container fundamentals
• 2+ years of experience with Terraform and Ansible
• Experience with network-attached storage management and monitoring systems like Prometheus or ELK stack
