Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Providing support to OPTUM clients and associates, the full-time Associate Infrastructure Operations Engineer will resolve client deliverable issues, maintain problem tracking records, and ensure the successful delivery of client deliverables while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Research, resolve, and respond to client deliverable issues via various communication channels
• Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of client deliverables while ensuring quality assurance procedures are followed
• Participate in the setup and maintenance of managed file transfer processes and verify delivery using PragmaEdge Community Manager Software

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of experience with AS400, IBMi midrange systems
• 2+ years of experience with Robot Scheduler by Fortra
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• 1+ years of experience with virtual desktop software
