Infrastructure Operations Leader

Job Summary

Leading the operational delivery of global infrastructure services, the full-time remote Head of Infrastructure will manage multiple technical disciplines, including cloud infrastructure and enterprise networking, while ensuring secure and reliable service delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish departmental objectives and operational plans in accordance with IT strategy and organizational policies
• Manage the delivery of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, and related services, ensuring reliability and security
• Oversee departmental budget and supplier relationships, optimizing costs and service performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant infrastructure experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's degree
• Significant experience managing multiple infrastructure disciplines and delivering complex infrastructure projects
• Broad technical knowledge across enterprise networking, cloud platforms, and IT operations
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes, including Change, Incident, and Problem Management
