Infrastructure Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Providing high-impact operational and administrative support, the fully remote Infrastructure Operations Program Specialist will manage complex calendars, track action items, and build organizational systems to ensure timely execution of initiatives for senior leaders in a technical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for senior leaders and their organizations
• Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders and initiatives
• Build and maintain organizational systems to prioritize competing tasks and ensure timely execution

Required qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a high-volume environment
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience supporting senior leaders or busy technical teams
• Experience in data center construction, infrastructure, or adjacent technical environments preferred
• Prior experience as a Technical Program Manager, Operations Specialist, or similar role is a strong plus
