Infrastructure Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Operations Specialist responsible for the operational reliability of technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor infrastructure and respond to incidents, executing documented response plans
• Serve as a second line escalation point for Service Desk issues and provide operational support during critical events
• Contribute to reliability improvements and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT operations or similar roles
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including cloud platforms and networking
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools
• Familiarity with structured escalation processes and operational runbooks
• Working knowledge of ITIL based service management concepts
