Infrastructure Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor infrastructure and respond to incidents, escalating as necessary
• Serve as a second line escalation point for the Service Desk on infrastructure issues
• Contribute to reliability improvements and support security compliance and audit requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure support
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including cloud platforms and networking
• Experience with monitoring and incident management tools
• Familiarity with structured escalation processes and operational runbooks
• Working knowledge of ITIL based service management concepts
