Provide L1 & L2 monitoring support for applications and infrastructure
Resolve issues and alerts using monitoring tools and perform basic administration tasks
Prepare technical documentation and handle operational tasks including performance analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
0-1 years' experience in IT operations
Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows servers and networking
Linux trained or certified (RHSE/RHCSA) from a reputed institution
Willingness to learn and update knowledge
