Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the successful delivery of infrastructure and IT services projects, the remote contract Infrastructure Project Coordinator will coordinate day-to-day project activities, manage customer communication, and ensure accurate project documentation and billing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple infrastructure initiatives
• Request and assign appropriate engineering resources based on project needs
• Maintain accurate project documentation within ServiceNow and internal systems

Required qualifications

• Foundational understanding of project management principles and IT/technology environments
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/project tracking tools
