Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a Data Center Risk Assessment engagement, the remote contract Infrastructure Project Manager will manage day-to-day project execution, coordinate communications, and oversee site logistics for 18 data centers within an 8-week timeframe.

Key responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of the assessment program, maintaining schedules and tracking deliverables
• Create weekly status reports and facilitate communication with stakeholders and third-party partners
• Coordinate site access and manage logistics for all site assessments, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups

Required qualifications

• Project management experience in infrastructure, facilities, network, telecom, or data center initiatives
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
• Excellent documentation and reporting experience
• Detail-oriented with a self-starter mentality
