Infrastructure Projects Director

Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of infrastructure and mission critical projects, the full-time remote Infrastructure Projects Director will manage a team of construction project managers, collaborate with stakeholders to design effective solutions, and ensure the platform meets corporate clients' needs for office construction and renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and functionality of the infrastructure project management platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements
• Lead a team of construction project managers, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics, ensuring compliance with building codes and client guidelines throughout the construction lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, specifically within infrastructure and mission critical projects
• Strong knowledge of construction project management platforms and office construction workflows
• Proven leadership skills with authentic communication and team management abilities
• Experience with office construction budgeting, scheduling, and quality control processes
