Infrastructure & Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technology environment, the full-time Infrastructure & Security Engineer will design, administer, and secure corporate and program-specific technology infrastructures while ensuring compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements, all in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve secure infrastructure across cloud services, servers, and networks
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and support Risk Management Framework activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate operational and technical requirements into secure solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related discipline
• Seven or more years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and enterprise infrastructure security
• Experience with NIST cybersecurity requirements and ATO documentation
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification and U.S. citizenship
