Infrastructure Service Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Enterprise Infrastructure Service Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the Enterprise Infrastructure Team's service delivery, manage operational readiness, and drive continuous process improvements while working in a preferred hybrid environment based in Lincoln, RI.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct team personnel to provide effective solutions aligned with corporate strategies
• Monitor team performance and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet service needs
• Create and implement short- and long-term service strategies, ensuring compliance with security and vendor standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in project or team management
• 5+ years of experience with key infrastructure technologies and architectural considerations
• Strong understanding of hyperconverged infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud providers
• Experience in vendor management and conflict resolution
• Proven leadership abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and team development
