Infrastructure Services Analyst

Job Summary

To support infrastructure projects and daily operations, the full-time Sr Analyst III Infrastructure Services will provide technical support, assist in monitoring systems, and contribute to documentation efforts while working onsite in Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Offer basic technical support and respond to infrastructure service issues
• Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure systems
• Contribute to the development of infrastructure documentation and logs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically 3+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
• Proficiencies in data analysis and a basic understanding of technical concepts
• Relevant experience with Tachyon and Intune
