Infrastructure Services Analyst

Job Summary

Providing technical support in infrastructure services, the full-time Analyst I Infrastructure Services will assist with issue resolution, contribute to projects under supervision, and participate in monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure systems.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues and assist in infrastructure tasks
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and support documentation development
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems while collaborating with the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically 2+ years of relevant work experience in infrastructure technology analysis
• Proven experience in data analysis and problem-solving
• A continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technology
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus
