Infrastructure Services Manager

Job Summary

Leading the implementation and support of global endpoint management services, the full-time remote Infrastructure Services Manager will oversee desktop/laptop/Mac device management, patch management, and software distribution using Microsoft Intune and SCCM, while also mentoring team members and driving innovation to enhance employee productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage endpoint devices, including remote management and software distribution
• Lead the introduction of new technologies to improve employee engagement and productivity
• Provide administrative management and mentorship for team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience with endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, SCCM)
• 5+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and OS administration (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
• 5+ years of experience with endpoint security fundamentals (encryption, EDR, antivirus)
