Job Summary
A company is looking for an Infrastructure Software Engineer, Telemetry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build infrastructure to manage extensive metadata and user data while supporting millions of concurrent connections
- Enhance Dropbox's role as a data-fabric by improving interoperability and adaptability across ecosystems
- Measure and optimize the analytics platform for extracting insights from large data volumes
Required Qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience in building and managing large-scale, multi-threaded backend systems
- Proficiency in programming and debugging in languages such as Python, Go, C/C++, or Java
- Experience with operating system internals, filesystems, databases, networks, and compilers
