Infrastructure Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the infrastructure foundation for a leading multi-agent AI platform, the full-time Infrastructure Software Engineer will build and operate cloud and enterprise deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP while enhancing system reliability and security in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and improve the infrastructure that runs the platform, including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and related services
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment safety, testing, and environment promotion
- Enhance reliability across deployments through health checks, incident response, and operational runbooks
Required qualifications
- Strong infrastructure/platform engineering experience in production SaaS environments
- Deep practical experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and containerized services
- Experience with ECS and/or Kubernetes; Helm experience is a strong plus
- Ability to write reliable automation in Python, Ruby, Go, Bash, or similar
- Security-minded approach to IAM, secrets management, and production access
