Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

Integrating engineering and infrastructure expertise, the full-time Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert will monitor and assess EAP foreign-assistance programs, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with design specifications while collaborating with various stakeholders, both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure projects, including construction progress, material quality, and compliance with design specifications
• Conduct feasibility studies, situational analyses, and technical assessments to support project design and evaluation
• Develop infrastructure-monitoring tools and methodologies to enhance program effectiveness and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least seven years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with at least ten years of experience
• Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure monitoring and construction projects
• Strong understanding of MEL principles as they apply to infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in infrastructure-monitoring and assessment tools and methodologies
• Active Secret Clearance
