Infrastructure Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of escalation for high-complexity technical issues across hardware, software, and network environments
• Analyze trends and system data to identify root causes and recommend systemic improvements
• Independently manage support tickets, coordinating resolution across multiple teams and ensuring timely communication

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support with increasing technical responsibilities
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft technologies and understanding of networking concepts
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments for both onsite and remote users
• Proven ability to mentor peers and collaborate across teams
• Relevant certifications preferred: A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE
