Infrastructure Support Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Services Engineer for an ongoing contract opportunity that will be 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Azure IaaS environments including VM provisioning, storage, networking, and policy management
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, focusing on patching, performance tuning, and diagnostics
- Build automation using PowerShell and manage device configuration through Endpoint Manager / Intune
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Azure IaaS environments
- Proficient in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of PowerShell for automation tasks
- Experience with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics for creating dashboards and alerts
- Familiarity with identity operations in Azure AD / Entra ID
