Infrastructure Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage the operations and maintenance of their DevOps toolchain.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance for GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Nexus, and SonarQube, ensuring stability and uptime
• Apply system patches, upgrades, and application updates, including planning, testing, and deployment
• Manage user accounts, permissions, integrations, and custom configurations across the tool suite

Required Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS or equivalent
• Experience: 8+ years of related experience
• Experience administrating GitLab in a highly available configuration
• Strong working knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence administration
• Hands-on experience supporting Nexus Repository Manager and SonarQube environments
