Infrastructure Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide essential support to the DHA enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting network issues
• Collaborating with a team to make recommendations on troubleshooting, device configuration, and documentation
• Resolving issues promptly across various network devices and protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Active Department of Defense Secret level security clearance
• DoD Approved 8570 / 8140 OS and Cybersecurity certifications
• Cisco Certification (CCNA or CCNP) preferred
• 6+ years of relevant experience in supporting a large network infrastructure
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred but not required
