Infrastructure Support Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and deployment of cloud and virtual solutions, the full-time Infrastructure Services Support Engineer will manage Azure resources, provide technical support for virtual machines, and maintain documentation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage Azure App Services, virtual machines, and related cloud infrastructure
• Document and track configuration incidents using a ticketing CRM system
• Participate in on-call support for critical outages and collaborate with customers to troubleshoot issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 3+ years of server and network administration experience
• Proficiency with Azure cloud infrastructure and virtual machine management
• Experience with vSphere and Nutanix AHV environments
• Knowledge of configuring virtual networking solutions and enterprise storage technologies
