Infrastructure Support Engineer
Job Summary
Providing end-to-end support for enterprise infrastructure environments, the full-time Infrastructure Support Engineer will focus on networking, Citrix virtualization, and server administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN environments while troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues
- Administer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, managing user sessions and optimizing end-user experience
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and server security hardening
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of enterprise infrastructure support experience
- Strong experience in networking, Citrix administration, and server management
- Experience with macOS and Linux administration
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Azure
- Preferred certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, or Cisco
