Job Summary

Providing remote technical support, the full-time Infrastructure Support Specialist will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for customer environments in the automotive and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality remote technical support with a focus on customer service and timely issue resolution
  • Diagnose and coordinate the resolution of hardware, peripheral, software, and connectivity issues across customer environments
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex infrastructure and connectivity challenges
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer-facing technical support or infrastructure support roles
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity issues in a remote support environment
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic client/server technologies
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and VPN connectivity
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
