Infrastructure Systems Architect
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Infrastructure Services Systems Architect to manage application development and support within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable enterprise solutions and define organizational needs
- Manage service strategy and resolve IT issues while ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Develop scripts for automation and improve technical processes around application support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience in application production support/application development
- Detailed knowledge of multiple systems and troubleshooting capabilities
- Scripting experience, specifically in PowerShell, and familiarity with DevOps
- Experience with Kaseya VSA and Microsoft Azure
