Job Summary
Owning architectural oversight of systems that manage and secure approximately 50,000 endpoints, the full-time Infrastructure Systems Architect will define target-state designs for fleet management and automation platforms while also engaging in hands-on engineering and development in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the definition of target-state architecture and establish architectural governance for endpoint management and telemetry platforms
- Design and build tooling, APIs, and automation frameworks to integrate endpoint management with various IT systems
- Lead the implementation of best practices for large-scale device deployment and integration programs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 10+ years in systems architecture or software engineering roles, with significant experience in enterprise-scale device fleet management
- Strong application development experience in major programming languages such as .NET, Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Familiarity with commercial endpoint management platforms like Microsoft Intune and JAMF
- Experience in cloud platforms (Azure & GCP preferred) and infrastructure-as-code practices
