Infrastructure Systems Expansion Lead

Job Summary

To support the consolidation of commercial infrastructures into a scalable ecosystem, the full-time Infrastructure Systems Expansion Lead will define and design the unified systems architecture and operational processes, working remotely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Product, Systems, and RevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Define the Unified GTM Blueprint by consolidating disparate CRM, CPQ, billing, and provisioning systems into a singular enterprise platform
• Design integrated commercial workflows across critical lifecycles, including quote-to-cash and contract consolidation
• Lead operational readiness for scaling in new markets while identifying bottlenecks and driving process simplification

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Systems Strategy, RevOps, or Transformation
• 5+ years of experience in designing integrated systems and post-merger integrations
• Proven track record of driving strategic decision-making across diverse stakeholders
• Expertise in architectural value stream mapping and system data flow design
• Direct experience with large-scale CRM/CPQ ecosystem migrations or enterprise-tier billing consolidations is preferred
