Key Responsibilities

Lead a distributed team, ensuring high standards in delivery, uptime, and estimation
Improve uptime metrics through modern practices and effective monitoring
Design and maintain infrastructure to support scalability for millions of concurrent users

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience with k8s, Python, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Kafka
Proficiency in one or more high-level programming languages, such as Python, Golang, C/C++, or JavaScript
Experience in building or architecting heavily loaded SaaS systems
Proven ability to identify and resolve production bottlenecks
Critical thinking with a system-level mindset for balancing short-term and long-term goals
