Job Summary
Providing technical support for corporate customers in a Cisco Systems-based calling environment, the full-time Infrastructure Technician will troubleshoot telephony issues, manage MACD updates, and assist with project-related tasks, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical phone support and manage day-to-day operations of support for clients
- Oversee project-related tasks, including the deployment of new sites and training users on phone equipment
- Utilize a trouble-ticket system to document issues and ensure timely resolution and adherence to service levels
Required qualifications
- Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field preferred
- Hands-on experience supporting Cisco Systems in a calling environment is required
- Basic knowledge of PBX systems and analog wall frame environments (66 & 110 blocks) is preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with computer and networking hardware
- Must have transportation for travel within North East Ohio
