Infringement Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of specialists, the full-time remote Infringement Manager will oversee daily operations focused on the prevention and resolution of copyright, trademark, and impersonation claims while ensuring alignment with legal guidance and platform policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of Infringement Specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Oversee the resolution of copyright, trademark, and impersonation claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Act as the operational lead for the Infringement team, coordinating with internal stakeholders to address high-priority cases

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in copyright enforcement, digital rights management, or a related field within the music or digital media industry
• 3+ years of people management experience, including coaching and leading operational teams
• Strong knowledge of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and copyright enforcement procedures
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain a calm approach in high-pressure situations
