Infusion Collection Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Specialist to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve accounts receivable balances and correspondence in a timely manner
• Make routine collection calls and identify billing errors or unpaid claims for resolution
• Document actions and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance or accounting preferred
• 1-3 years of infusion collections experience required
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
• Experience with CPR+ systems preferred
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM
