Infusion Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Specialist to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve accounts receivable balances and correspondence in a timely manner
• Make routine collection calls and document detailed notes in the company software system
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of infusion collections experience required
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
• Experience with CPR+ systems preferred
• Must be able to work 8:30a-5p Pacific Time
