Infusion Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Infusion Collections Specialist will manage medical accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment through proactive account management and customer service from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern.

Key responsibilities:

• Research and resolve balances on accounts receivable, making routine collection calls on outstanding claims
• Document detailed notes in the company software system and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers while identifying and escalating issues as needed

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
• 1-3 years of strong infusion collections experience required
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
• Experience with CPR+ systems is preferred
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
