Infusion Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infusion Reimbursement Manager to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reimbursement activities from delivery to payment for all payer segments
• Monitor cash flow, days sales outstanding (DSO), and bad debt losses to ensure profitability
• Act as the first point of contact for escalation issues regarding billing and collections

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of home infusion billing and collections experience
• Knowledge of financial reporting and regulations related to healthcare billing and collections
• Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify trends and drive improvements
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with CPR+, CareTend, or Brightree systems preferred
