Ingenious Build Platform Lead

Job Summary

Serving as the primary functional expert on the Ingenious Build platform, the full-time remote Ingenious Build Platform Lead will manage onboarding, training, and ongoing support for users while ensuring effective tool adoption and engagement across various accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training sessions for new users, developing training materials and job aids
• Act as the first line of support for functional inquiries, triaging issues and collaborating with technical teams as needed
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective use of the platform across accounts

Required qualifications

• Deep, hands-on knowledge of Ingenious Build functionality and workflows
• Experience in software training or enablement support in a commercial real estate or project development setting
• Client-facing experience with the ability to present to enterprise-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with change management principles and rollout coordination
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and competing priorities effectively
