Ingest Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely as a freelancer, the Ingest Specialist will manage the technical setup of new content feeds, oversee ingest workflows to meet SLAs, and resolve data ingest failures to ensure consistent metadata delivery across all pipelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the technical setup of new content feeds from initial datapoint to final activation of automated ingest
• Oversee ingest workflows to ensure all incoming content feeds and data deliveries meet strict internal and external SLAs
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data ingest failures to ensure consistent metadata delivery across all pipelines

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in data operations, technical support, or a similar role focused on digital content pipelines and data management
• Fluency in English with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, particularly with VLOOKUPs and data cleaning
• Proven competence in end-to-end project execution and independent management of multiple workstreams
• Ability to work within Central European Time (CET/CEST) business hours
