Ingredient Specification Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ingredient Specification Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ingredient documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
• Develop and maintain accurate ingredient specifications for solid dose products
• Drive continuous improvement in document storage and specification processes

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical experience in a regulated industry (e.g., food, pharmaceuticals)
• Advanced degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered
• Working knowledge of FDA food and/or drug GMPs and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of ingredient and product design, and food manufacturing processes
