Initial Clinical Reviewer II - Registered Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Initial Clinical Reviewer II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate cases that do not pass authorization approval process
• Analyze clinical record documentation to approve services meeting criteria
• Converse with medical staff to obtain necessary clinical information and provide approvals or denials with rationale

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Associate or Bachelors in Nursing
• Availability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
• Ability to work between the hours of Monday-Friday, 7am-11pm central
• Proficient computer skills and ability to talk and type simultaneously
