Initial Disclosure Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Initial Disclosure Specialist I will prepare and deliver accurate initial disclosures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete initial loan disclosures accurately and within required timelines
• Establish communication with internal team members and third-party partners to obtain necessary information for the loan process
• Review and update loan data within Encompass to ensure accuracy and compliance with TRID regulations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage initial disclosure experience within the past 3 years
• Working knowledge of TRID regulations and disclosure requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Experience with Encompass Loan Origination System is preferred
