Inner Source Enablement Coach
Job Summary
To support a large enterprise technology organization, the contract Inner Source Enablement Coach will drive the adoption of Inner Source practices, coach teams on collaboration, and build vibrant practitioner communities while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach product, engineering, platform, and design teams on Inner Source principles and practices
- Develop workshops, onboarding sessions, and learning resources to facilitate contribution and collaboration
- Track adoption and engagement metrics, providing insights and reporting to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience coaching teams in new ways of working
- Experience in software engineering, product delivery, or agile transformation environments
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including Git/GitHub and code reviews
- Proven skills in facilitation, coaching, and change leadership
- Experience creating workshops and learning materials
