Innovation Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Innovation Architect for LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to improve team collaboration and identify high-impact use cases
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to enhance productivity and tool adoption
• Develop prototypes to showcase capabilities and facilitate Agile integration within teams

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, change management, or Agile environments
• Hands-on experience with enterprise teams or fast-paced settings
• Familiarity with Human-Centered Design and collaboration tools
• Experience with Agile methodologies and platforms similar to Miro
