Innovation Design Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for identifying and solving high-value customer challenges, the remote Innovation Industrial Design/Development Manager will partner cross-functionally to develop innovative foodservice packaging solutions, applying rapid experimentation to move concepts to commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and customers to identify unmet needs and develop innovative packaging concepts
• Lead the custom application development process from concept to product development handoff
• Manage multiple development projects, ensuring accountability for outcomes and timelines

Required qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Product Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in packaging concept development and project management
• Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams
• Experience with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of plastics and sustainable materials
