Job Summary

Driving innovation across a significant business landscape, the full-time salaried Innovation Director will oversee a portfolio of high-impact opportunities, guide strategic initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders to enhance drug development processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and oversee a portfolio of innovation opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic and commercial objectives
• Lead the identification, shaping, and prioritization of high-value initiatives while guiding investment trade-offs
• Develop and communicate the enterprise innovation story to internal and external stakeholders, enhancing the organization's innovation narrative

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience leading innovation, transformation, or strategic initiatives within cross-functional environments
• Proven experience managing large-scale portfolios or enterprise-level innovation programs
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations
• Deep understanding of innovation trends and evidence-based investment approaches relevant to clinical research and healthcare
