Job Summary

Driving innovation across a significant business landscape, the full-time salaried Innovation Director will oversee a portfolio of high-impact opportunities, guide the progression from exploration to implementation, and communicate the organization's innovation narrative while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and oversee a portfolio of innovation opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic and commercial objectives
• Lead the identification, shaping, and prioritization of high-value initiatives within the innovation landscape
• Contribute to governance and investment decision-making activities, balancing opportunity development with scaling validated concepts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience leading innovation, transformation, or strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environment
• Proven track record in managing large-scale or enterprise-level portfolios and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of innovation, experimentation, and evidence-based investment approaches
• Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities for engaging diverse audiences
