Innovation Lead

Job Summary

As an Innovation Lead on the Solution Portfolio Excellence team, the full-time remote position will manage the enablement foundation for New Offering Launches, ensuring strategic alignment with product and marketing while architecting knowledge for AI readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain alignment with upstream Product and Marketing to anticipate launches and strategy shifts
• Partner with subject matter experts to curate foundational materials for content delivery
• Lead the AI readiness strategy for launch content, ensuring assets are structured for effective retrieval

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enablement, content strategy, or knowledge management
• Experience managing structured content libraries and governance standards
• Deep understanding of the software customer lifecycle from discovery to adoption
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets and Slides
• Familiarity with AI-powered enablement frameworks and the ability to build an AI prompt library
