Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for Merchant Risk initiatives, including risk segmentation frameworks
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop scalable operational tools and machine learning-powered risk controls
• Conduct data analyses to identify emerging risk patterns and enhance the credit risk program

Required Qualifications

• Experience in credit risk, risk operations, underwriting, or related analytical roles
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
• Experience with machine learning operations and risk controls
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams
