Innovation Principal

Job Summary

To reimagine eye care and eyewear delivery, the full-time remote Innovation Principal will design and lead impactful projects, evaluate technologies, and present findings to stakeholders while maintaining cross-functional relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and lead projects that explore and scale concepts with clear business impact
• Monitor assigned domain areas to build understanding of their potential and impact on the business
• Develop and pitch new project ideas and present findings to all levels of the enterprise

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Innovation, Emerging Technology, Research & Development, or Product Design
• Industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or technology is preferred
• Deep expertise in a relevant subject matter domain with a broad understanding of adjacent spaces
• Experience in creative problem solving and moving projects forward despite uncertainty
