Innovation Principal, Emerging Technology

Job Summary

Leading innovative projects in a remote full-time capacity, the Innovation Principal, Emerging Technology will design and scale concepts related to eye care and eyewear, collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead projects that explore technology evaluation, business model innovation, and proof-of-concept creation
• Monitor assigned domain areas to understand their potential and impact on the business
• Develop and pitch new project ideas while maintaining cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Innovation, Emerging Technology, or related fields
• Industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or technology preferred
• Deep expertise in relevant subject matter domains and broad understanding of adjacent spaces
• Experience in creative problem-solving and moving projects forward despite uncertainty
