Job Summary
To support the Business Innovation team, the full-time Innovation Research Analyst will conduct market research, evaluate vendors, and share insights across business units, with the flexibility to work remotely or from Worcester, MA.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide actionable intelligence
- Lead structured vendor evaluations and maintain consistent frameworks for assessing technology fit and enterprise value
- Prepare executive-level presentations and facilitate knowledge sharing across business and technology stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or technology evaluation
- Proficiency in synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights
